Behind the scenes: filming of the feature film Morten has begun

At the end of May, production started on Morten, a youth feature film based on the award-winning novel by Reeli Reinaus. The film marks the feature debut of director Ivan Pavlyutškov and explores themes of self-discovery through a story told with touches of magical realism. The leading roles are played by Tõru Kannimäe, Helena Maria Reisner, and Emili Rohumaa.

 

Morten is produced by Kopli Kinokompanii and producer Anneli Ahven. The film is set to premiere in cinemas in 2026.
